To ensure transparency and a time-bound resolution, the Supreme Court has appointed Justice Pankaj Naqvi (Retd.), former judge of the Allahabad High Court, as the head of the committee. The Court has clearly outlined the responsibilities of the committee. Firstly, it will identify genuine allottees who have invested their hard-earned money in the project.
