Tackling Cyberbullying Against Women: A Powerful Joint Initiative by Law Chambers of Pooja Dua and Neha Foundation

The Law Chambers of Pooja Dua had the privilege of co-convening a powerful and thought-provoking event in collaboration with the Neha Foundation, founded by Neha Shalini Dua, focused on the growing menace of Cyberbullying Against Women.

As our digital landscape expands, so do the threats faced by women online—ranging from cyberstalking and harassment to deepfake exploitation and AI-driven privacy invasions. This landmark event brought together leading voices from the legal, journalistic, policy, and activist spheres to raise awareness, advocate change, and explore robust legal solutions.

Voices That Matter

We were privileged to hear from some of the most respected voices in the legal and media community:

🟦 Dr. Karnika Seth, a highly regarded Cyber Law Expert, painted a clear picture of the legal landscape. She emphasized the urgent need for tougher enforcement, faster access to justice, and modern policy frameworks that reflect today’s digital challenges.

🟦 Ms. Anushkaa Arora, Advocate, shared the painful truth that many women suffer in silence. Her perspective highlighted the psychological toll of online abuse and the societal barriers victims face when seeking help. Her message was clear: education, empathy, and stronger institutions are essential.

🟦 Ms. Mallika Malhotra, Anchor at Zee News, brought a powerful personal dimension. Sharing her own experience of cyber harassment, she illuminated the very real danger that comes with digital visibility—especially for women in the public eye.

A Stage Shared with Leaders

Adding further weight to the event were several esteemed guests of honour, who brought political, cultural, and grassroots perspectives to the table:

  • 🟡 Sh. Ravi Negi Ji, MLA, Patparganj

  • 🟡 Sh. Shiv Narayan Ji, Vishwa Hindu Parishad

  • 🟡 Sh. Sanjiv Bhati, Hindu Mahasabha

  • 🟡 Smt. Pinki Tomar Ji, Vishwa Hindu Mahasangh India

  • 🟡 Ms. Madhvi Hans, Social Activist

Their presence underscored the urgency of legal reform and the need for collaborative community-led solutions.

The Message Is Clear: Enough Is Enough

Cyberbullying is not a “minor issue” or a private problem. It’s a public crisis affecting the mental health, safety, and dignity of countless women. Through this event, we’ve started a conversation that must continue—with more awareness, more legal clarity, and more support for those affected.

At the Law Chambers of Pooja Dua, we are committed to not just practicing law, but shaping a future where justice is accessible—even online.

Let’s build a digital world that protects and empowers—not one that punishes women for simply being visible.
