Biography

Advocate Pooja Dua is an accomplished independent counsel with over numerous years of distinguished experience in the legal profession. She specializes in litigation, Alternative Dispute resolution (ADR), Commercial and Civil law, White-collar crimes, Intellectual property rights (IPR), Real estate and Infrastructure disputes, Taxation law, and matters arising under the Negotiable instruments act.  She regularly appears before various courts, tribunals, and forums across India and has effectively handled complex, high-stakes matters with an unwavering commitment to legal excellence and integrity.

Beyond her core legal practice, Pooja Dua is a prolific legal author and speaker, frequently invited to deliver keynote addresses and presentations at reputed law schools and legal forums across the National Capital Region (NCR). She has consistently contributed to the advancement of legal discourse on critical issues, including arbitration, commercial litigation, and access to justice.

She is a Member of YSIAC (Young Singapore International Arbitration Centre) and the Indian Arbitration Forum, and routinely handles institutional arbitrations under the Delhi International Arbitration Centre (DIAC) Rules.
